Went from a 5 to a 1.
Maddy has put it back up to a 5 from a 1.
Tracey has always been 5 out of 5. Always caring and compassionate.
Reason for change in review.
Maddy is absolutely fine and I’m happy to approach her now. I believe it must of been a bad day and for that. I can totally accept we’re all human.
Forgiveness is important and it’s my local post office, I look forward to being served by her again in the friendly and calm way I just received 19/05/26
